New York Times: “By keeping its focus admirably tight, the sober and sobering Israeli documentary The Law in These Parts presents a devastating case against the occupation of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip… His film makes a persuasive argument: When law is an alibi for power instead of a constraint on it, law has been emptied of all meaning.”
Film Comment: “A political but generally non-polemical film, The Law in These Parts is a powerful piece of advocacy”
About.com: Alexandrowicz resists moving into the realm of propaganda. His approach is authentically investigative.”
